Overview
Jonathan S. Durrett is the senior partner of Durrett Lang Morse, LLLP and a lifetime island resident.
He has played a significant role in facilitating large and complex development projects and real estate transactions. Jon represents a variety of developers and landowners, including some of the largest landholding entities in the State of Hawai`i.
He also represents large financial institutions with interests in Hawai`i and acts as an outside general counsel to Brigham Young University's Hawai`i campus situated on Oahu's North Shore.
In addition to his practice, Jon sits on national committees of the American Bar Association's Real Property, Probate and Trust Law Section and has served as a court appointed arbitrator since 1987. He was also Founder and served for over 10 years as the Hawai`i Chapter Chair of the J. Reuben Clark Law Society.

Hawaii Agriculture Research Center in the $20,500,000 Sale of its Experiment Research Facility to Arroyo Realty Partners LLC.
Brownfields approval by EPA and redevelopment of contaminated industrial site at Campbell Industrial Park.
The International Bank of China and various syndicated lenders in the $50,000,000 construction financing for Hawaiki Residential Tower owned by Republic of Nauru.
